• Organization name (optional)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe, not stored by us)

2.2 Analytics Data We Collect for You

When you add our tracking script to your website, we collect the following information about your visitors:

• Page URL and referrer
• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
• Country, region, and city (derived from IP, which is then discarded)
• Custom events you define

2.3 What We Don't Collect

We explicitly do NOT collect:

• Personal identifiers (names, email addresses, phone numbers)
• IP addresses (used only for geolocation, then immediately discarded)
• Cookies or persistent identifiers
• Cross-site tracking data
• Advertising identifiers
• Fingerprinting data that could identify individuals

Analytics data is retained according to your plan (30 days to 2 years). Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. You can export or delete your data at any time through your dashboard settings.

8. GDPR Compliance

Entrolytics is designed to be GDPR compliant by default. We act as a data processor for analytics data collected on your behalf. 9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately.
